About the Project
Celebrate Krishna Janmashtami by Serving the Elderly Women in Vrindavan and Mathura
Krishna Janmashtami, the joyous celebration of Lord Krishna’s birth, is a time for devotion, reflection, and acts of kindness. This year, we invite you to join us in a special mission to serve 1,000 elderly women in Vrindavan and Mathura, who have dedicated their lives to praying and meditating on Lord Krishna.
The Importance of Serving on Krishna Janmashtami
Krishna Janmashtami is not just a festival it is a reminder of the values Lord Krishna embodied—compassion, love, and selfless service. By serving these elderly women, we honor Krishna’s teachings and spread his message of love and care for all beings.
Our Mission
On this auspicious occasion, we aim to provide these 1,000 elderly women with essential items to improve their quality of life. Each woman will receive:
-Dry Ration Kit: Ensuring they have enough food to sustain them.
-Mosquito Net: Protecting them from mosquito-borne diseases.
-Sari: Providing them with dignity and comfort.
-Soap: Ensuring their hygiene and well-being.
-Slippers: Protecting their feet and providing comfort.
-Towel: For their daily use and comfort.
Why Your Support Matters
Many of these women are among the most neglected and vulnerable in our society. They have come to Vrindavan and Mathura to spend their last days in devotion, often with little to no support. Your donation can make a significant difference in their lives, providing them with the basic necessities they need to live with dignity.
